Our flagship service covers concept through installation oversight for rooftops, balconies, courtyards, and garden terraces. We produce scaled drawings, 3D visualisations, planting plans, and detailed specifications for contractors.
Projects range from compact 8 m² balconies requiring fold-down furniture and wind-tolerant planting to expansive 120 m² villa terraces with pools, outdoor kitchens, and integrated lighting. Typical timelines run eight to sixteen weeks from brief to handover.
We coordinate licensed contractors, structural engineers when load-bearing changes are needed, and municipal permit applications where required. Fixed-fee design packages start at €2,400; full coordination from €8,500.
Coastal Interior Design
Interior spaces connected to terraces receive equal attention. We specify flooring that continues visually outdoors, window treatments that filter harsh afternoon sun, and colour palettes drawn from sea, sand, and terracotta.
Kitchen and living room redesigns emphasise cross-ventilation and sightlines to outdoor areas. Built-in window seats, sliding pocket doors, and continuous ceiling levels erase the boundary between inside and out.
Room packages begin at €1,800 per space; whole-home coastal interiors from €12,000 depending on square metreage and finish level.
Lighting Design
Coastal lighting must balance ambience with practicality: path lights for safe evening movement, accent uplighting for feature plants, and dimmable overhead fixtures for dining. We design layered schemes using IP-rated fixtures suited to salt air.
Daylight studies inform interior reflectance choices and skylight placement. Smart controls allow scenes for dining, reading, and late-night entertaining from a single app or wall panel.

Material Sourcing & Procurement
Our procurement service handles ordering, quality inspection, and delivery scheduling for tiles, stone, furniture, planters, and fabrics. We leverage trade accounts with Portuguese and Moroccan suppliers for competitive pricing.
Clients receive itemised budgets with alternatives at two price points. We never mark up materials beyond a transparent 12% handling fee, and all invoices are shared openly.
Procurement-only engagements start at €400 for small terrace furnishing packages; full-project procurement is included in coordination tiers above €8,500.
Seasonal Maintenance Plans
Terraces require ongoing care: winter plant protection, spring fertilisation, summer irrigation checks, and autumn furniture storage. Our maintenance subscriptions include quarterly visits, plant replacement, and finish touch-ups.
Annual plans are priced by terrace size: €480/year for spaces under 20 m², €890/year for 20–50 m², and €1,650/year for larger villa terraces. Emergency call-outs for storm damage are included.
